Shipping Agreement

Article 1: Shipping Commitment

The e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as "the platform") will coordinate merchants or third-party logistics providers to complete the shipping process based on the order information submitted by the consumer.
Consumers must provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order to ensure timely delivery to the specified address.

Article 2: Shipping Timeline

1. Merchants must ship the order within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding special products, as specified on the product page).
2. The platform will provide logistics updates via its tracking service, allowing consumers to monitor shipping status.

Article 3: Delivery Coverage

• The platform supports nationwide delivery (some areas may be restricted; please refer to the product page for details).
• For orders that cannot be delivered, the platform will promptly communicate with the consumer to cancel the order or modify the delivery address.

Article 4: Packaging Requirements

Merchants must ensure the safety of the goods during transportation:

1. Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage or loss of the goods.
2. For special items (e.g., fragile, liquid, or electronic products), apply additional protective measures and clear labels.

Article 5: Shipping Fees

1. If the product page does not indicate free shipping, the shipping fee will be calculated by the platform based on the delivery address and the weight of the product. Consumers will be prompted to confirm the cost.
2. The shipping fee paid by the consumer applies only to the first delivery. If a redelivery is required due to reasons attributable to the consumer, additional shipping fees may apply.

Article 6: Receipt and Inspection

1. Consumers should carefully inspect the outer packaging of the product before signing for it, ensuring there are no damages, leaks, or other abnormalities.
2. If the product does not match the order details or is damaged/incomplete, consumers should:
   • Promptly contact the platform's customer service,
   • Retain relevant evidence,
   • Refuse to accept the product.

Article 7: Special Provisions

In the event of shipping delays caused by force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, traffic restrictions, natural disasters, etc.), the platform will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Consumers are expected to understand and cooperate under such circumstances.

Article 8: Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise during the shipping process, consumers can file complaints through the platform's customer service channels.
The platform will:

• Investigate the issue,
• Make a final decision based on relevant agreements and principles of fairness.

Article 9: Miscellaneous Provisions

The final interpretation of this agreement rests with the e-commerce platform. By placing an order, the consumer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted the terms of this agreement.

Effective Date: This agreement becomes effective upon payment confirmation by the consumer.
